RETURNS

We want to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns of any unused merchandise within 25 days of purchase. Please complete the return/exchange form enclosed in your shipment and be sure you follow the instructions on the form. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt with the original tags still attached to the merchandise. Once we receive your return package, we will issue your refund. Please note that it may take up to 7 - 10 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction. Sorry, we do not refund return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept exchanges of any unused merchandise within 25 days of purchase. Please complete the return/exchange form enclosed in your shipment and be sure you follow the instructions on the form. Once we receive the merchandise you would like to exchange, we will promptly process your exchange request. Although we cannot refund shipping costs for your return shipment, we will gladly ship the newly exchanged item free of charge via UPS ground. You will receive an email confirmation from us once the exchange has been processed and shipped.
